Mastery and ISAAC Instruments Launch New Integration for Carriers
Integration connects MasterMind® and ISAAC to streamline communication between dispatchers and drivers and provide greater visibility into fleet operations
CHICAGO — August 13, 2026 — Mastery Logistics Systems today announced a new integration with ISAAC Instruments, connecting the MasterMind® Transportation Management System with ISAAC’s fleet management platform. The integration creates a seamless flow of information between dispatchers and drivers while giving carrier operations teams greater visibility into driver availability, location and trip progress.
The integration brings driver hours-of-service information, vehicle location, trip details and activity updates into the operational workflow. Dispatchers can send trip information from MasterMind to drivers using ISAAC tablets, while driver updates flow back into MasterMind. This reduces manual communication and gives operations teams current information to support planning and execution. Using MasterMind’s Minion configuration portal, carriers can easily configure ISAAC workflows and driver tasks with minimal coding to meet their specific operational needs.
The integration is available to ISAAC customers using MasterMind, providing carriers with access to the combined capabilities of both platforms. By adding ISAAC to the MasterMind integration ecosystem, Mastery gives carriers greater flexibility in how they connect the technologies supporting their back-office and driver operations.
